CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Today’s Olympic spotlight features the father of 2024 Olympic Hurdler Anna Cockrell, Mr. Kieth Cockrell, President of Bank of America Charlotte. “We are so excited to be a part of our daughter's journey in the 400 Meter Hurdles for the 2024 Olympics” says Cockrell. He adds “this is an exciting time for our family as we support our daughter Anna in her quest to be on the podium. I had no idea how good my daughter was when she started jumping over hurdles."

A driver is in custody after leading authorities on a chase through multiple counties.It started in Dunn when U.S. Marshals tried to pull a Chevrolet Camaro. The suspect kept driving, leading authorities on a chase into Harnett County and then Cumberland County.The chase ended in Godwin where the suspect bailed and ran from the car.The driver was caught and taken into custody.
