FORE Foundation raises $15,000

Mount Pleasant, South Carolina – The FORE Foundation, a SC 501c(3) non-profit, raised $15,000 for The Alzheimer’s Association, South Carolina Chapter at its annual FORE ALZ! Golf Classic. The Charity Golf event was held at Snee Farm Country Club in Mt. Pleasant on May 6. The annual event has raised over $45,000 for The Alzheimer’s Association, South Carolina Chapter since its inception in 2021.

For 2024 the foundations focus is fighting the darkness of Alzheimer’s; by focusing our support on the Alzheimer’s Associations Longest Day initiative through our FORE ALZ! Golf Classic event. The Longest Day is the day with the most light the summer solstice (June 21st) and it’s the day the Alzheimer’s Association calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer’s disease by raising funds and awareness for care, support and research.
