Over the weekend, a junior of Chapel Hill High School competed in Kilgore for a seat in the TMEA High School All Region Orchestra.

David Sekulic earned 8th chair in the first violin section against orchestra students from an area that spans from Texarkana to Nacogdoches.

Due to his successful performance, David earned a spot in the All Region Orchestra and he advanced to the All Area orchestra competition later in the year.

The All Region concert will be held on December 7th. The CHHS orchestra program is directed by David Mills.
