The Washington Mystics lost to the Minnesota Lynx, 74-67 on Saturday night. The Mystics got off to a slow start in this one, thanks to some sloppy play. The team combined for 8 first quarter turnovers. As the game went on, the Mystics got their bearings together and was able to turn things around. Their defense really stood out as they were able to hold the Lynx to just 11 points in the 2nd quarter, including holding Minnesota to 1 for 10 from behind the 3 point line. This help get them back in the game and walk into halftime tied at 36-36, after being down by as much as 14 points.
