John Mason Coyle, 89, a resident of Linville, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at his home. Mr. Coyle was born in Charleston, West Virginia on July 6, 1935 and was a son of the late Douglas Gardner Coyle and Josephine Sutler Coyle and stepfather, John Graves. He served his country for 41 years in the Army and National Guard, where he taught infantry, cartography and many other specialties.
