HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) - With the news of President Joe Biden dropping out of the election, community members in Downtown Harrisonburg shared their initial thoughts. After Joe Biden released via Twitter announcing he would be dropping out of the 2024 election, Harrisonburg resident Daniel Saylor said he was happy to see him drop out.
