Man apprehended in Reynoldsville for attempting to meet decoy posing as minor for sex
REYNOLDSVILLE — A 62-year-old man is behind bars after he allegedly drove to Reynoldsville to meet a decoy posing as a 15-year-old girl for sex. Reynoldsville Borough Police have charged Dennis James Reisinger, of Loysville, Pennsylvania, with one count of statutory sexual assault, a felony in the first degree; one count of sexual assault, a felony in the second degree; one count of aggravated indecent assault, a felony in the second degree; one count of criminal use of a communication facility, a felony in the third degree; one count of indecent assault, a misdemeanor in the second degree and one count of corruption of minors, a third-degree felony, according to a criminal complaint filed at Magisterial District Judge David Inzana’s office July 24.

50th anniversary of ordination held
On Sunday, June 16, Faith United Church of Christ Altoona, 711 Seventh Ave., held a special celebration service in honor of Pastor John Emig’s 50th anniversary of his ordination. He was ordained into ministry on June 16, 1974, in Connecticut.
