HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- As the Tri-State wakes up to a cool and calm morning, parts of the area are still reeling from a taste of tropical weather and tornado damage brought by the remnants of Hurricane Beryl.

“Mt. Vernon was rather lucky”: Mayor Loehr speaks about tornado damages

In Mt. Vernon Indiana, a tornado appeared to form over the water and then come onto land throwing debris, and event ripping over train cars along the tracks.

In Poseyville dark clouds beginning to rotate could be seen very low to the ground and several reports of damage have also come from the area.
