A video shared by an employee from a Northern Minnesota restaurant is getting some viral attention online. A TikToker named Nick, who is an employee at the Duluth restaurant and brewery Canal Park Brewing Company in Canal Park, shared some security video footage of some of the establishment's employees getting surprised while on break.

Burns grew up in Tampa, attended the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and graduated magna cum laude in 2011. Burns then moved to Minnesota where he studied at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. After graduating in 2016, Burns decided to stay in Minnesota and gained experience in the public finance sector of law. Recently, Burns was named a 2024 Minnesota Rising Star.
