Upstate Man Wins $50,000 Lottery Prize from Seneca’s Express Mart
An Upstate man won $50,000 after spending $2 on a lottery ticket purchased at the Express Mart on Shiloh Rd. in Seneca. Despite his surprise, he told South Carolina Education Lottery officials that he doesn’t plan on making any big changes. Two more top prizes of $50,000 are still available in the Jumbo Bucks game, with odds of 1 in 600,000. The Express Mart received a $5,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
Walhalla Council Approves Firetruck Purchase, Denies Developer’s Waterline Request
