Pittston home damaged by fire
PITTSTON, Pa. — Fire damaged a home in Luzerne County early Saturday morning. Flames broke out around 5 a.m. along Pine Street in Pittston. There is no word if anyone was home at the time of the fire. The cause of the blaze is under investigation in Luzerne County.

Longtime Judge Rambo To Retire
Judge Sylvia H. Rambo, a longstanding federal judge who has served Central Pennsylvania for 45 years, has announced her retirement effective August 30th.
