TRUMANN, Ark. (KAIT) - Police arrested a Trumann woman after they said she abandoned three children in a home with no food or air conditioning. Record breaking rainfall overnight into Wednesday morning has cause major flooding around the area with the City of Yellville seeing many flooded businesses, roads and residences.The barber shop in downtown Yelville right near the town branch has been a local gathering spot in the community since 1935 and current owner Shawn Beaver says they saw 3 feet of water in the shop Wednesday morning.
