LIVINGSTON, NJ — Two 28-year-old males were arrested earlier this week in separate shoplifting incidents at Nordstrom Rack, located at 530 W Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, according to Livingston police. At approximately 3 p.m. on July 12, Livingston officers responded to the department store, where Ibnrashad Muhammad, 28, of Maplewood, was being detained by store loss prevention for shoplifting approximately $200 worth of merchandise. Muhammad was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing.
