The National Weather Service in Wilmington would likely agree as it predicts that several rounds of showers and storms are likely to move across Central Ohio through Friday. Some locally heavy rain and gusty winds will be the primary threats with these storms and repeated rounds of heavy rain may lead to localized flooding.
