I actually mistook your comment as jumping in with the poster you replied to. I have found that there are two kinds of renters. the doers, who will be with me for a very finite amount of time and the doubters, they will probably be with me until they screw up or can't keep up. The doers get it it done, and the doubters make excuses. Im not wealthy but comfortabley well off.  No old money.
