    Early voting will be July 12-27 at 9 sites in Rutherford County

    • All nine early voting locations in Rutherford County will be open 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays
    • The Rutherford County Election Commission Office on the Public Square in Murfreesboro will offer the longest early voting times Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • The other eight early voting locations on Monday through Friday will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • Voters for the Aug. 1 election are electing candidates for Murfreesboro and Rutherford County offices, and choosing nominees for party primaries for federal and state legislative offices.

    Early voting in advance of the Aug. 1 election will be July 12-27 at nine locations in Rutherford County.

    The Rutherford County Election Commission is offering nine locations for early voting.

    Voters will elect candidates to Murfreesboro and Rutherford County offices, and choose primary nominees for federal and state legislative offices.

    The primary winners will advance to the Nov. 5 election, which includes voting for candidates for U.S. president, and local offices in Eagleville, La Vergne and Smyrna.

    Rutherford County's 215,257 registered voters who applied by the July 2 deadline to vote in the Aug. 1 election should bring either a Tennessee drivers license, passport or any state of Tennessee approved photo ID, said Alan Farley, administrator of elections for Rutherford County.
