Ohio University’s WellWorks has announced a new workshop, “Gym Basics,” which will be held on July 31. Designed to teach how to properly utilize fitness equipment and the various ways it can be helpful, the one-time workshop will be led by Kristen Vulgamore, a senior who is majoring in exercise physiology.
