However, <a href="https://mix957gr.com/west-michigan-drivers-frustrated-as-us-131-96-ramp-closure-drags-on/">MDOT announced at the end of August</a> that it would remain closed.The headache won't completely end on Thursday, though. <a href="https://www.fox17online.com/news/local-news/kent/ramp-connecting-us-131-nb-to-i-96-opens-thursday">FOX-17's Rob Westaby reports</a> that while the ramp will be open, it won't be completely open.
