Prosecutorial Misconduct: Holding County Prosecutors Accountable

    2024-05-22

This post is about Aneke Collins Highland County Prosecutor. The Pickaway Correctional Institute, and Greenfield Police Department. If I left anyone out I apologize, I will try and get you next time.

We met Aneke Collins the first time in Court, where she told me the Judge asked for a seperation of witnessess. I said Okay, however, I was never Suphenaed. She called GPD Offucer Hamilton over and asked him to go get the suphena. He did, she then proceeded to have me removed from the courtroom since I was a witness for both the prosecutor and defense. After roughly 3 hours DEnise goes back into court and Aneka leaned toward her and said "You can go get Gerrell now!"

Denise runs out the courtroom, down a flight of stairs, out into the courtyard yelling my name. She says come on they are ready for you. I get back upstairs walk into the courtroom and sit down. Denise is trying to give me a breakdown of everything that has happened so far, but I am focused on what the Judge Coss is saying. It sounds alot like the Jury instruction which happens after both sides rest. I stand up and say "Excuse me Honor?" He looked up and turned beet red. He said Gerrell you will stay quiet or I will hold you in contempt. I said "I understand your honor, but what happened to the trial, when am I going to explain what happened?" Coss says get him out of here. I was kicked out of court a second time.

15 minutes later the court deliberated and was waiting on the Jury to come back in. 15 minutes after that the jury is back. Breeaynn, Chymeira, Denise, and myself were the only people in the courtroom supporting Dad. If court would had been held in Dads garage I bet it would have been packed. I never expected it to go like this. I was not allowed to participate in the trial at all, thenn when Dads attorney Jeffery Blosser came on the scene I noticed a shift. I spoke to Jeffery at great lengths on Dads background.

The second time we met Aneka was in her office about 10 months later. During those 10 months; I got a recording of the trial; certified transcripts of the final court hearing. For a 1st degree felony he only had 190 pages, he probabky ot hr best night
