Camden Police respond to shooting incident at Sahaj Food Mart

CAMDEN, Ark. (KTVE/KARD) — On September 8, 2024, around 3:24 AM, law enforcement with the Camden Police Department (CPD)A responded to a shooting incident at Sahaj Mart on Bradley Ferry Road. According to CPD, there was an altercation in the parking lot when shots were fired.

A 25-year-old man was treated at the Ouachita County Medical Center for injuries and has been transferred to UAMS for a gunshot wound. The investigation remains ongoing and a suspect has been identified.
