BOIL ADVISORY: City of Bastrop issues a boil advisory for residents living on Winn Road

BASTROP, La. (KTVE/KARD)–A boil advisory has been issued for all residents living on Winn Road, Bastrop, La. due to a break in the line at the intersection of Winn and the Old Bonita Road.

According to officials, the boil advisory is for Winn Road only. A sample will be pulled on Monday, September 16, 2024, and officials should know the sample results by 2 PM Tuesday, September 17, 2024. According to officials, residents should boil water for at least one full minute before using it to consume it.
