BRIDGE CLOSURE: LA 820 bridge north of Choudrant in Lincoln Parish will experience closure starting on Monday, September 23rd

LINCOLN PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD) — The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development informs drivers that the LA 820 bridge north of Choudrant will be closed for bridge work beginning on Monday, September 23, 2024, and is expected to end on Friday, October 4, 2024.

The alternate route during the closure will be provided with signs, with vehicles using LA 820, LA 821, and LA 33. DOTD appreciates drivers’ patience and reminds them to be careful when driving through the construction site and to be on the lookout for work crews and equipment.
