Rape investigation leads to arrests in Lincoln Parish

LINCOLN PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD) — On September 12, 2024, the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Burns Jr. and Victoria Munch in connection with an on-going investigation into allegations of rape. Both individuals are currently in custody at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center and are being held on five counts of First-Degree Rape and five counts of Third- Degree Rape. Burns’ bond is set at $1.5 million and Munch’s bond $1.35 million.
