FERRY CLOSURE: Duty Ferry LA 559 in Catahoula Parish to experience closure on Monday, October 7th

CATAHOULA PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD) — According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, Duty Ferry, LA 559, Catahoula Parish, will be closed on Monday, October 7, 2024, until noon to complete mechanical repairs.

Duty Ferry will resume temporary hours of 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. The detour route will be LA 124 East to LA 8 East to US 425 North to LA 128 West to LA 559.
