Ark-La-Miss Most Wanted: Suspects wanted for aggravated assault, stalking & more

OUACHITA PARISH (KARD/KTVE) — This week we are looking at three fugitives on the run, wanted for crimes ranging from Aggravated Assault to Stalking and Burglary.

Pictured below is Dexter Starks. The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office website lists him as one of their most wanted fugitives.

Here’s a list of his charges:

• 2 counts of Violation of a Protective Order
• Domestic Abuse Battery-Child Endangerment
• Cruelty to Juveniles
• Interfering w/ Emergency Communications
• Battery of a Dating Partner
• Domestic Abuse Battery/Aggravated Assault
• Domestic Abuse Battery/Strangulation
• Second Degree Battery
• Battery of a Dating Partner

Dexter is a Black male, about six feet tall, and 170 pounds.

Next is Ingrid Patterson. He is also at the top of OPSO’s most-wanted list. This is what he is being charged with:

• 5 counts of Stalking
• 7 counts of Violation of a Protective Order
• 2 counts of Domestic Abuse Battery
• Simple Robbery

Patterson is a Black male, 5’6, and 130 pounds.

Police are seeking the identity of the two men pictured below. They are wanted in a Home Invasion that happened in Rocky Branch where a large number of items were stolen. The burglary happened in June 2024. Over the past few months, law enforcement has located several items but continues to look for the suspects.
