ROAD CLOSURE: LA 610 in Madison Parish set for closure beginning October 15th

MADISON PARISH, La. (KTVE/KARD) — The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced that LA 610 in Madison Parish will be closed from Tuesday, October 15, 2024, to Saturday, October 19, 2024, for base construction, full lane patching, and paving operations.

The exact distance of the closure will be approximately one mile south of the LA 577 and LA 610 intersection. Signage will be posted along the route for the detour work, and all work will be done WEATHER PERMITTING.

Area residents should be careful when driving or walking throughout the construction site and look out for drivers. Drivers should also be careful when driving through construction zones.
