    JiggAerobics Fitness class hosted at Monroe Civic Center

    MONROE, La. ( KTVE/KARD ) — JiggAerobics is back at the Monroe Civic Center!

    Founder LaDonte Lotts brought JiggAerobics to Season 11 of “Shark Tank” back in 2020, and the business is still going strong.

    Lotts says that his team has had the opportunity to travel across the county, and even visit Toronto, Canada.

    Dr. Avius Carroll, Director of Prevention and Wellness for the HSA, breaks down what JiggAerobics is above.
