Saranac Fights Through Nighthawks Defense

Peru, NY – The Saranac Spartan Flag Football team found it to be a tough win at the Peru Apple Bowl.

Saranac scored early on but would be held to just those few points early on, as the Nighthawks defense was able to stall out a handful of Saranac drives.

Peru’s “D” would also get an interception and eventual touchdown from Kenzie Whitmarsh.

The Spartans would get a couple touchdown runs from quarterback Mchenna Brown, and they would pull away late for a 25-6 victory.
