Cats & Dogs Play for Title

Albany, NY- The 2024 Men’s Lacrosse America East Championship game would have Vermont fall one goal short in the end.

The Catamounts scored 4 of the first 5 goals, and took two separate three goal leads in the first half. But Albany came back and scored 6 straight goals for a three score lead of their own.

From there it would stay close throughout, including having the Cats score a pair of goals just 11 seconds apart.

Albany would hold on for a 12-11 win in the end to capture this year’s championship.
