Hurricane Milton will not impact the Northeast.

After going through a round of eyewall replacement earlier in the day, Hurricane Milton has reorganized and strengthened back into a category 5 Hurricane as of 5 PM Tuesday evening.

With wind speed sustained at 165 mph, this storm is a buzzsaw in the middle of the warm Gulf Of Mexico waters, and heading straight towards the west coast of Florida.

Although it is anticipated to weaken to a category 3 by landfall, Milton will still bring extreme winds well over 100 mph, and a deadly storm surge that is some areas could be over 15 ft high.
