ST. PETERSBURG, Florida — A 58-year-old woman has been charged in connection with a deadly hit-and-run incident that occurred on June 25.

Rosalyn Fuller, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on August 11 on charges of hit and run - fail to stop at crash involving death and tampering with evidence, according to a press release from the St. Petersburg Police Department. Fuller was identified as the driver of the Honda Odyssey that struck 62-year-old Kathy Repke in a marked crosswalk on 4th Street North.
