WALTON COUNTY, Florida — A VICE/Narcotics search warrant has led to the arrest of three individuals in Freeport who now face felony drug charges.

Thursday morning, Walton County Sheriff’s Office VICE/Narcotics Unit, in partnership with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, executed a search warrant that was the result of a joint investigation into Adam Hill, 46, of 532 Piney Point Road.

During the search of the residence, methamphetamine was located throughout the house, along with $5,062, two handguns and ammunition, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia. The paraphernalia included scales, various concealment items, a money counter, and pipes, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.

Hill, who was already out on bond for burglary and theft, and Audrey Whitehead, 41, who also lives at the residence, were both arrested. A suitcase belonging to 47-year-old William Leary was also located in the residence and found to contain fentanyl and needles. Leary was also arrested.

Hill is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of weapons and ammo by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Whitehead is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Leary is charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both Leary and Whitehead were given a $10,000 bond. Whitehead made bond and was released. Leary is still in custody at the time of this release. Hill was given no bond.
