Unless the Chief is stupid, you don’t keep an aggressive animal around your family and kids. I doubt the K-9 was ever going to be used in an official capacity at schools since drugs were being pushed in and out of there. Either way for a police chief with a family taking on that responsibility means you don’t care about your family or kids.!! I guess you’re the one exception to falling a cliff if they told you to huh..?
