Dixon will soon welcome its first recreational cannabis dispensary

DIXON, Ill. (WTVO) — Dixon will soon get its own recreational cannabis dispensary.

Terrabis is the name of the dispensary brand and will be located on South Galena Avenue, near I-88. The dispensary will be the third for Terrabis in Illinois.

“The future opening of our Dixon location confirms Terrabis’ commitment to establishing a strong footprint in the Illinois cannabis market and beyond by expanding into new communities, we continue to demonstrate our leadership and vision for growth within the industry,” said CEO of Terrabis Dan Ambrosino.

No exact date has been given for an opening, but owners say doors will open in the fourth quarter of this year.

“We are excited to become part of the Dixon community and look forward to continue building our relationship with the city,” said CLO of Terrabis Nick Liaromatis. “Our goal is to serve the residents of Dixon and surrounding areas by providing the highest quality products and exceptional service, while also creating job opportunities that contribute to the local economy.”
