    Microsoft to consider building data center in Cherry Valley

    CHERRY VALLEY, Ill. (WTVO) — Microsoft is looking to expand by possibly building a new data center in Cherry Valley.

    The tech giant will reveal more details about its plans for the Stateline at an open house in the Tebala Event Center from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The village said Microsoft will give a presentation on their plans.

    Microsoft is currently developing two data centers in the Chicago Suburbs and expanding one in the Racine area.

    If unable to attend, information will be in the village hall lobby.
