    LIST: Here are the live music acts coming to Hard Rock Casino Rockford this fall

    ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — The new Hard Rock Casino Rockford opens its doors at 3 p.m. on Thursday, and the company has announced several big-ticket live music acts for the fall.

    The new casino, at 7801 E. State Street, on the site of the former Clock Tower Resort, will feature nearly 1,300 slot machines, 50 live table games including poker, a sportsbook, multiple food and beverage offerings , including a Hard Rock Cafe, and shopping.

    The casino features a 2,000-seat Hard Rock Live venue for concerts and performances.

    The Nielsen Trust will perform a free show on Thursday, August 29th.

    Akon will take the stage on Friday, August 30th.

    Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will perform on Saturday, August 31st at 7 p.m.

    Brad Paisley will perform on Sunday, September 1st at 7 p.m.

    Teddy Swims brings his “I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy” tour on Friday, September 20th.

    The Brian McKnight 4 will perform on Saturday, September 28th.

    Hard Rock is keeping the artists who will perform at the Flannel Jam: Country and Rock Confidential a secret. The concert will take place Sunday, October 6th.

    The Black Crowes will perform on Friday, October 25th. Initially, the Black Crowes were set to take the stage in January, but the date moved to October once Aerosmith, who they were touring with, canceled touring.

    Gipsy Kings featuring Nicolas Reyes will perform on Friday, November 1st.

    Industrial-gothic metal band In This Moment will perform with Kid Dracula and Mike’s Dead on Saturday, November 23rd.

    Stained’s Aaron Lewis will bring his solo American Patriot tour to Rockford on Thursday, December 19th.

    Tickets are available through Hard Rock Live or Ticketmaster .

    The Hard Rock Cafe will also feature a smaller stage for local acts.

    In addition, the casino will feature 9 restaurants and bars, including:

    • Council Oak Steaks & Seafood : The “sophisticated, classic-American steakhouse” will be open Monday-Tuesday Closed, Wednesday-Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Council Oak Bar : Monday-Thursday 5 p.m. to midnight; Saturday-Sunday 12 p.m. – midnight.
    • Plum Lounge : The VIP dining experience will be open Monday-Friday 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Hard Rock Cafe : The famous “Rock ’n’ roll-themed chain with a high-energy vibe serving burgers & American classics” will be open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Hard Rock Center Bar : Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., Friday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 a.m.
    • YouYu : “A modern, high-energy Asian restaurant and noodle bar,” will be open Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday-Saturday 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
    • Constant Grind : A casual sit-down venue for coffee and espresso specialty drinks will be open 6 a.m. to 4 a.m.
    • Street Tacos : Monday-Thursday 12 p.m. to 4 a.m.; Friday 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Saturday 12 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Sunday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
    • Brick’d Italian Kitchen : A “chef-led pizzeria” will be open Monday-Tuesday Closed; Wednesday-Sunday 4 p.m. to 10 p.m
