Discussing life after the big win over Notre Dame with NIU running back Antario Brown

DEKALB, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — It has been three days since NIU’s football team shocked Notre Dame and the nation by upsetting the fifth ranked Fighting Irish, but the Huskies are still very much a red-hot story. National and local media can’t get enough of them.

One of the key Huskies Saturday in that victory was running back Antario Brown. Brown produced 183 yards of total offense, and he made perhaps the biggest game-changing play of all, his 83-yard catch and run for a touchdown in the first quarter that gave the Huskies momentum.

I spoke with Brown Tuesday afternoon at Huskie Stadium about that game and what the past few days have been like following the victory.
