    Mo Pitney to perform at benefit concert marking Rockford Rescue Mission’s 60th year

    ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Country star Mo Pitney will topline a benefit concert for the Rockford Rescue Mission this month, to celebrate its 60th anniversary.

    Pitney debuted on the Billboard Top 10 Country Albums chart in 2016 with the release of “Behind the Guitar.” His song, “Country,” reached Billboard’s Top 40 Hot Country Songs.

    Pitney will perform alongside his cousin, Luke Pitney, on Saturday, September 28th.

    The concert will begin at 7 p.m. at the Rescue Mission, at 715 West State Street, with concert tickets starting at $35. A hamburger meal is available for $10. A Meet & Greet, meal, and premiere seating package goes for $100.
