Good luck to Mary's Market in Roscoe. Hopefully, they learned from previous mistakes and can make a go of it. When Mary's Market first took over its location on Bluestem we were excited. As time went on with several visits we identified issues with the two most important issues a restaurant can face: 1) Food quality, and 2) Service. After six months of repeated visits and even letting management know about our experience with further deterioration we decided the cost for what was paid wasn't worth going there. We anticipate changes were made to bring the standards up to par with what we've experienced before the decline.
