    Man banned from McDonald’s arrested for trespassing

    ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A man who was banned from a Rockford McDonald’s was arrested Monday for trespassing and resisting arrest.

    According to Rockford Police, Omar Saleh, 31, had been banned from the McDonald’s, at 420 S. Perryville Road, but at 3 p.m. on October 14th, he returned to the property.

    As police arrived, Saleh got into his car and backed into a police squad car before driving away from the area.

    He was arrested a short time later at an address in the 1100 block of Marigold.

    Saleh has been charged with Resisting Arrest, Criminal Damage to State Supported Property, and Criminal Trespass to Property.
