Well Florida will prosecute to the fullest extent. They don't mess around.

If this priest were innocent of all charges, he would welcome a trial and chance to clear his name. By having the case dismissed on a technicality it makes him look as guilty as hell. I believe he is by his behavior and lack of self care.
