The Bell County District Attorney’s Office returned a complaint charging Stevenson with murder, and Justice of the Peace Nicola James issued an arrest warrant for him.On Saturday, September 21, 2024, Stevenson was located and arrested in Austin by Robbery-Homicide Detectives and transported to the Killeen City Jail. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Nicola James, who set his bond at $1,000,000. Stevenson was subsequently transferred to the Bell County Jail.The victim, 18-year-old Octavion Keshun Tucker, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 3:03 p.m. on September 19, 2024, by Justice of the Peace Larry Wilkey.
