Officers responded to a call about a man stabbing a cat and found the animal deceased upon arrival, while the suspect had fled the scene.Torres was later located at the 11000 block of Gateway West after being involved in a vehicle collision. He was arrested and booked at the El Paso County Detention Facility with a bond set at $100,000 by Judge Horkowitz, according to the El Paso Police Department.
