there's reasons why NO ONE should build on sand,1mile at least from rivers, oceans,Gulfs, etc. but, the towns claim it,sell it, build on it. so locals are limited to access. and people want compensation for losing their STUFF that ends up in waters that affect the locals. Who cares though? the towns people get rich. and the locals suffer. every damn year.
