Fiber is your body’s natural guide to weight management – rather than cutting carbs out of your diet, eat them in their original fiber packaging instead
Fiber might just be the key to healthy weight management – and nature packages it in perfectly balanced ratios with carbs when you eat them as whole foods. Think unprocessed fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds. Research suggests that carbohydrates are meant to come packaged in nature-balanced ratios of total carbohydrates to fiber. In fact, certain types of fiber affect how completely your body absorbs carbohydrates and tells your cells how to process them once they are absorbed.

A congressional subcommittee met on July 26, 2023, to hear testimony from several military officers who allege the government is concealing evidence of UFOs. By holding a hearing on UFOs – now called “unidentified anomalous phenomena” by government agencies – the subcommittee sought to understand whether these UAPs pose a threat to national security.

I try to find back roads, but then I’m also not taking the most direct route.”

How coyotes and humans can learn to coexist in cities
It’s a common story in many North American cities: a coyote is seen on an urban trail, sports field or schoolyard. Members of the public panic, insisting that the proximity or frequency of these sightings mean the coyote has become bold, aggressive or habituated. P&Z’s “Soft Growth” Isn’t Soft, It’s More Of The Same
One couldn’t help but notice the headline in NoN’s counterpart outlet today: “P&Z staff outlines upzoning to provide ‘soft growth’ in Norwalk”. I’ve long since resigned myself to being NoN’s Cassandra on all things development, so let’s just dive back through the wringer, once again. But this time, I’m going to try simple math.
