A Cresson Township woman accused of strangling her 5-year-old son to death in February is maintaining her innocence. Jennifer L. Bowser, 41, pleaded not guilty for charges of criminal homicide, aggravated assault and strangulation during a preliminary hearing Friday, July 12 before magisterial district judge John Prebish. Bowser is accused of killing her son, Samson Bowser, Feb. 5 at Martha’s Manor in Cresson Township.
