When searching for hot meals when you have nothing available at home, weigh your options carefully. Just because a restaurant has a fancy address doesn’t mean it’s following the Health Department’s rules.

- Consider bringing cash as WiFi is out in spots; credit card processing might be an issue.
- Pay attention to roadblocks and stoplight outages.
