    Henry common pleas

    Terrance Pippins, 48, Napoleon, appeared for sentencing on charges of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was placed on community control for two years with conditions, including that he serve 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and have no contact with the victim.

    Jamie Trombley, 47, Napoleon, appeared for sentencing on a charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. She was placed on community control for two years with conditions, including that she complete counseling/treatment and have no contact with the victim.

    Ryan Basilius, 33, Napoleon, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony; and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was set for March 25.

    Dustin Funk, 41, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and he was granted a personal-recognizance bond with electronic monitoring. Sentencing will be set at a later date.

    Jeffrey Herman, 55, Deshler, pleaded guilty to pandering sexual-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a fourth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was set for April 9.

    Brian Topp, 52, Napoleon, pleaded not guilty to grand theft, a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for April 1 and he was granted a personal-recognizance bond.
