• Communication with employees, students, and families of students and the public.
• Measures to ensure equitable access to critical services.

These Five Key Areas contain numerous strategies that the schools may choose to implement. Their facility develops a plan to provide a safe environment for all employees, students, and visitors.

Not all parents feel confident about their children's return to school

Certain virtual classes were a challenge for all parents globally, especially those who worked and did not know who to leave their children. The reopening of the school is a natural relief for the vast majority of parents, but some fear that their children will return to face-to-face classes.

Los Angeles Times published a survey done to 2,000 registered voters in California, including a sample of 500 fathers with children under the age of 18. The study conducted by the University of Southern California (USC) and the Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE) resulted in:

• More than 80% of California parent voters support a five-day-a-week face-to-face return for K-12 students for the 2021-22 school year, and 71% of parents agreed that online learning should remain an option.
• Some parents show their concerns about going back to school.

Several parents surveyed expressed concern about the impact of the pandemic on the learning of K-12 students.'

It is significant to highlight some factors due parents fear their children's return to school, among these are:

• Possible academic retardation, including children with special needs.
• Children who are learning English.
• Children who need emotional support and mental care.
• Discrimination and racism were essential elements that expose.
