Visiting Milwaukee for the first time—Just for a day

Soon I will be visiting, just for one day, the city of Milwaukee. I've been looking for what I can see in such a short amount of time and got a little bit of everything from walk tours, bus tours, nightlife, and much more. We'll see!

What the web tells us about Milwaukee

The city of Milwaukee is full of art, museums, and great restaurants.

Milwaukee is a city with a great history, and its name is due to what the first inhabitants called it. Since the end of the 19th century, the main development sector has been beer. Information is provided by "The Grupo Live" on its website.

According to the "VISIT Milwaukee" website, Milwaukee is a city that cherishes its roots; we'll see revitalized architecture throughout downtown and festivals celebrating the diverse cultures that made the city what it is today.

6 main activities" to do in the "festivals and beer city."

The Viator website offers several recommendations, from specific places to guided tours.

    1. Harley-Davidson Museum Admission Ticket with Audio Guided Option

Harley-Davidson is one of the world's most famous motorcycle brands. Learn about the brand's 100-year history at the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and see hundreds of memorabilia—Price from $22.00.

    2. Milwaukee Tour

Known for its beer, brats, baseball, and stunning lakefront scenery, Milwaukee is a town with a lot more sights than most travelers realize. During the course of this Milwaukee sightseeing tour, see the city's famous City Hall and tour the Milwaukee Art Museum—Price from $35 per person.

    3. Grohmann Museum

On the Milwaukee School of Engineering campus, the Grohmann Museum is unique in that it's the only museum of its kind in the country and perhaps the world. Nowhere else will you find a collection and exhibition program dedicated to the art of labor, engineering, and human achievement —Price from $5.45 per person.

    4. The Grand Walk: An audio tour through Milwaukee's historical and cultural heart

Catch a glimpse of the turn of the century opulence that made this the grandest street in Milwaukee. This history-based, sightseeing self-guided audio tour begins at the Milwaukee Public library and ends at the Milwaukee Art Museum—Price from $5.20 per person.

    5. Milwaukee Ghost Walks

Get a different perspective on Milwaukee and learn about the unique heritage of its Historic Third Ward on this ghost-themed walking tour. You stroll the streets. You'll hear tales of paranormal activity and about the haunted history of the district, which was once a rough and ready 19th-century ghetto known as the Bloody Third—Price from $25.00 per person.

And if we are in this beautiful city, we cannot leave without enjoying its delicious beer. Visit Milwaukee gives us several options. I keep the following:

    6. Pabst Blue Ribbon Brewery

Thanks to hipsters and millennials, Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) has made a comeback in a major way. The "award-winning" beer of the Pabst Brewery, brewed initially here in 1844, has expanded to become a lifestyle brand, but is sadly, now brewed in Los Angeles.

PBR is served at most every dive bar in Milwaukee, but it truly tastes best from a 24-ounce "Tall Boy" can while watching a concert at Milwaukee's famous Pabst Theatre. Express us "Visit Milwaukee."

    See you soon, Milwaukee

I know that it is impossible to get to see a city full of history, culture, parties, and bars in a single day, but I also know that my stay will be worth it.

People it's true but nothing it's the whole truth. Milwaukee is a killing field. Do not vacation or visit this Bigfoot city, if you're from another small town or whatever, chances are either your car will be stolen, robbed at gun point, or death. Go somewhere else please. Too many KIA Boys run wild everywhere and looking to steal from you.
